Fitness Paddles


Designed in mind for those individuals with some previous paddling experience, this class will allow you to get out on the water, exercise and socialize. Primarily a group of women ( but not excluding any men…) the class is designed to improve flexibility, strength and stamina. Classes are 2 hours in length, and require comfort in a light touring or sea kayak, basic paddling skills, ability to keep up at a moderate pace.  Come on out and see what joining this class can do for your fitness and stress relief! 


Time:  Meet at 6:30; warm-up exercises at 6:45; Paddle from 7-8:30.

Locations: Various - to be posted weekly. (Boulevard Lake and various stretches of the Kaministiquia River.)

BYOB, i.e., Bring your own boat!
